Internal Information Management Regulations
Due to the revision of the posting regulation of KOSDAQ market (the clause2 of article 45 of the posting regulation of KOSDAQ market, enforcement date from September 1, 2009), a KOSDAQ listed corporation shall establish regulations to manage internal information and shall announce it such as on its website.
We have revised our internal information management regulation in accordance with the recent establishments & revisions of related laws & regulations.
